First day or so, Mr. Nieto did a good job. Then his lunch breaks lasted 2-3 hours or longer, or he wouldn't come back for the day. No communication. After spraying the ceiling in one bedroom, he discovered that he missed some spots. He "touched up" the ceiling without covering the ceiling fan, furniture or windows and window seals. We had a custom made toy box with overspray on it as well as the ceiling fan (which we could not remove the overspray.) Overall he could be a good worker but his lack of dependability was the final straw and we let him go two days into a four day job and finished it ourselves.
