Paint When you came to bid on my job, you said that you are always on the job. That didnt happen.I explained that the brown walls were covering the fuzzy backing of wallpaper that had been taken down years before, and I said I wanted the highest quality paint available , and you said you use Benjamin Moore and I said fine just the top of the line from Benjamin Moore. I have since found out that I have wood and trim paint on walls that should have been painted with wall paint and that Aura (sp) is the top of the line, but cannot be the high gloss. At which point, I should have been given the option of using the best paint and it being semi gloss, even though I love high gloss. Also, the walls should have been prepped with kilz, before the texture went on ,that maybe would have made the difference. I said I was not picky and I'm not , I knew there would be imperfections from high gloss paint, but there are too many spots that look like they haven't been painted. I don't know what you can do. I don't know what you will do. I am just very disappointed . I have been sick from the smell , so I can't bear that we have to start over , but to me, and to the manager at Texas Painting wallpaper said is probably the only way this can get resolved, he said kilz , let dry then paint with the semi gloss and it might fix the problem.

The company has no sense of urgency as far as following up and fixing discrepancies.
