They're amazing! I haven't had any problems since the installation. They've been so good to me. They will come at 3am if you need them. They're just a wonderful family owned company who truly cares about their customers. You will not be disappointed!

Mr. Kain responded to a late night holiday call to repair our faltering A/C system on a warm holiday weekend with a house full of family visitors. Showed up at the time promised (midnight) and quickly diagnosed and restored our system to operation. Very courteous and thorough. Travelled about 60 miles to handle our problem - excellent service and response!
