I feel like they completed our home timely and tried to work with us on any issues we had.  They walked us through all of the choices and made recommendations that helped us.  They even helped us secure our bank loan at a wonderful rate.  Mr Houseman was alive when we built our home and he was a very nice, bigger than life person.   With me and my husband both working full time and he was out of town a lot this was a good choice for us because they took care of all the little details for us. As far as cost they were a little higher than some, but not the most expensive builder out there.  I can not say how they are now, but when we built our house they were good and we are completely satisfied.

We were rushed through the home selection and specific details process (choosing floors,paint and other details), but the home representative was kind and we liked him. Overall it was a very stressful experience.

"Job completed in timely and professional manner. Construction started 8-5-06,completed 1-18-07. Five minor punch list items were completed shortly after closing. We have had no calls or complaints from this customer in the past 4 years."
