AC drain was stopped up.  They unstopped the drain and snaked it completely to the end.  Then they fixed the PVC piping and placed a coupling there so that we could do it if needed ever again without cutting the pipe.  Great service!  Very nice and professional dispatch.  Couldn't be happier!

Removed Toilet and replaced Seal.  Quick and clean job.

I came home from the store one Saturday afternoon to find water on our patio coming from the drain pipe attached to the pan under our water heater, which is located in the attic space above our bathroom (and of course, my husband was working out of town,) All of the people I spoke with at Mize were so responsive and helpful. Even though it was the weekend, they had someone out immediately to turn the water off to the faulty heater, assess the problem (by climbing through a small opening above a closet), and talk with me (and my husband via telephone) about our replacement options.When he returned to their shop and determined that it would not be able to be installed until Monday because they did not have the particular one I wanted in stock, they called back to make sure, I would be OK with waiting until Monday. When they came to remove and replace, they were quick, efficient, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They were very prompt, arriving at the agreed upon time. Loretta at their dispatch worked with us to advise on brands, pricing, quality, etc. and after we'd selected and purchased the new fixtures we wanted, Rocky & helper came out and fixed all our leaks, changing hose bibs, deck faucets, advising on upgrades to our bathroom when we remodel, etc.  They always clean after their work and are very easy to talk to about whether or not to forestall repairs, new remodeling, etc.

He is a church friend that has his own business. He is a good Christian person and his workmanship is A+. They clean up after their mess and we don't have to brow beat nor do we have to look down the back of their necks to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to do. They are real friendly. He's a great guy and everybody he has sent out has been as good as he is with their quality of work and professionalism. He is the one to go to for plumbing work because he is knowledgeable and does good work.
