I was stranded in TX with bad fuel pump. There were was only one independent European shop in the area, and they could not see my car in a decent time frame. This shop stepped up to the plate and fixed my car in only 4 hours.
Rick performed nothing short of a miracle..and I will forever be grateful for his auto mechanic experience and expertise.
As a former Navy Hospital Corpsman of 11 years - as well as a pediatric ER Respiratory Therapist, I know about customer service and interaction with the public.
