They talked a good game, but quality was horrible. Within months we became aware that cold air was getting pumped into the attic. The system was literally coming apart at the seams. At the time of installation, I thought the taping of the seams looked insufficient, but since the owner inspected it and signed off, I assumed he knew what he was looking at. Once we became aware of the issue, they did promptly send a supposedly more experienced tech out to repair it, but it remains difficult to have confidence in it. We requested a small modification to the duct system to provide better distribution of cooling, but weeks have gone by and they have not scheduled a service call. I would not use again, and would not recommend.

They were quick and fast in repairing my AC. No further issues.

They did a good job. It has been very efficient and got out electricity bill down. We were very pleased with the service and they were great to work with. They explained our options and let us decide which one to go with. They were respectful of our property. We went with the most reasonable person we had bids from. If necessary I will use them again in the future.

We had to get another AC unit for our upstairs.  They called the morning the part came in.  They said they would be there before 9:30am and they were.  They said that it would take about 2 hours to get the old unit out and it did.  They broke for a short lunch. Came right back and started installing new unit.  It took about 4 hours, which they said it would.  They cleaned up the dust and dirt very well.  They were all very nice and professional.
