We have used this company for five years because the previous owner had a contract with them. The actual pesticide
applicators are professional, certified, and good to deal with. The manager does not regularly return calls (at least four calls over the past two years, including two that were urgent). I've also gone by the office several times and it was closed during regular business hours with no note or explanation. We will likely change pest control services because of the lack of office responsiveness.
