It was a great experience as far as buying a new vehicle goes. Very friendly staff. Made me very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the transaction was quick.
I had to take my title for my old car back to them and they filled up my tank for the inconvenience. Remembered me when I came in and sat and had conversation with me. Just a good feeling when you go in.

Auto Sales
Not only was the price on the high side, every effort was made to force me into buying other services I did not want nor ask for. They also tried to force me to finance through their dealership although I had already arranged my own financing.
The vehicle concerned turned out to have several problems with it, some of them safety-related. So far it has cost me over $4000 to get some of these issues fixed, but Granger are not only not interested they will not even return phone calls. I even got General Motors Customer Services involved, and they had considerable difficulty to get a response from Granger. I recommend everyone to stay well away from this dealership.
