The experience was painless. He gave me a bid and an amount of time it would take to complete work performed. It was performed as advertised.
I got a second bid from another local shop, competitive but I chose Baker's for the reasons I explained above.

Auto Transmission Service
Called and explained what was happening. The technitian was able to correctly diagnose and estimate the repair. Scheduled the repair. The repair was done on schedule and within the estimated cost. The repair was successful and has been operational for several months with no issues. They discussed the options with me prior to the repair and were very friendly, professional and helpful. They had recommendations for avoiding the transmission damage in the future as well.
