Roofing
After Sergio Aguirre with A & W Construction completed the roof repairs I was appaulled. Not one single starter shingle was nailed properly. The nail gun blew right through the shingles! There were hundreds of nails on the backside of my home that were nailed done causing humps in the roof. The valley had a HUGE hump it in where the flashing was not nailed down. Why the roofers used flashing in a valley is beyond me! The flashing that goes all the way around the house is a bent mess. Needless to say the roof did not pass the Windstorm Inspection so I was unable to insure my home! I've had to hire an attorney in order to get results.
