He was very curtious, flexible to my schedule, explained things to me clearly, without being condescending , timely and professional. It is so nice to have someone close that can be contacted when problems come up and feel confident of being treating well.

Tim found that my computer had 2 viruses that Norton had missed. When he got rid of them my computer ran much faster.
He found that Windows had many updates that had not been completed. He updated all the missing updates and the computer now shut down correctly.
He explained that I had a bad sector (or something like that) on my hard drive. I chose not to fix this.
Because of the fixes I spent only $30.00 instead of going out and buying a new computer.
Tim treated me with respect and never talked down to me. I have just enough of computer knowledge to be dangerous to my computer and he took the time to explain everything to me as well as make suggestions.
The fix took quite a while to complete but he charged me only what had been quoted.
