We met Carlos from Window World at a home/garden show but had heard great things about Window World from a coworker. The estimate process was easy & helpful, Nita also of our questions answered. The installers were completely awesome! They were professional, polite, helpful, and finished the job on time. One of the windows was slightly damaged but Window World replaced it as soon as they could.

We ordered our windows (took about 6 weeks). They came in and called to schedule appointment for install. Installers arrived within 30 min of scheduled time, went right to work and within about 4 hours had all windows removed and reinstalled. Very efficient, professional done. The windows themselves are WONDERFUL!!! Plan to have all the others replaced a bit at a time. Got exactly what I ordered/paid for. Made a huge difference in temp in the rooms. Can't say enough about the windows or the men that installed. Thanks World of Windows!!!
