Entire process was a total disaster. Paid 1/3 up front for material and concrete pour. Concrete truck showed up & Will Simmons claimed he left the money we paid at home could we pay the concrete trucker, so we did. He claimed he does his own concrete work but the concrete is a joke! Job was promised to take no less than 3 days and no more than 8 days. 4 weeks later with constant no shows, promises to show but wouldn’t until we constantly were texting and calling. And then bringing materials that we knew were not purchased with money we provided but were instead old material, siding that was badly weathered and obviously used previously on someone else’s project. Will Simmons was given $12,000 plus the cost of the concrete and we did not see materials or time spent on the job that added up to that. Whenever he did show he would only work a few hours hardly ever showed with other workers. He put in less than 40 hours on this job over a 4 week period. When we finally had enough and fired him from the project. IN OUR OPINION HE WAS JUST ANOTHER CON ARTIST Save yourself a lot of heartache and money DO NOT USE THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY! We are in the process of checking our legal options! We are having to hire sub contractors and costing more money to repair his lousy work and replace the used materials he provided with new materials. We have pictures witnesses and documentation to back every word I have put in this review!
