WAGNER ROOFING CO

This happened to me several years ago and I tell everyone to not use them! They completed a roof for me. Less than 5 years later, the roof began to leak. I contacted them and they came out to look at my roof and stated the previous roofer did not replace the material around the vents. I told Mr Wagner that they were the ones that completed my roof and had proof. He then stated they would fix it for 750.00. This was unacceptable since I originally paid for the job to be completed correctly. Also, my next door neighbor even had to take them to court over some work he had done. This company is very dishonest and I cringe when I see their sign in an unknowing neighbor’s yard.

They gave us an estimate and it was a pretty good price but then called back and raised the price by about 300. When I had my mom get the written estimate fax to her at work it was almost double what they had initially said from about 700 to almost 1300. Still we decided to get the work done and they told us they would have it finished by 3/26/15. We never heard from them saying it was done or there was a problem so I called them and got the run around. They said the guy I needed to talk to wasn't there he would call me back and never did so I called again the next day and asked when are you going to start on my roof and they tell me oh I don't know. The house is for sale and we have to have this done by 4/15/15 and they knew that from the first call and didn't bother to let us know they couldn't even start on it before the completion date. So now I'm stuck trying to find someone who can get it done in less than a week and the sale of our house hindges on it.

My experience was not good with this company. The workers spoke Spanish and it was hard to communicate with them.The work was unfinished when the they left the first time. It took a month to get them back out. They avoided my calls and I finally had to drive to their location to talk to them. We got them to come back but they still did not get it finished right. My husband finally managed to get someone on the phone who got someone else out and the roof was finally finished correctly. I would not use Wagner Roofing again.

They did a horrible job putting a new roof on my home. They messed up the trim around my roof. The roof has craters, in some areas they did not put in roof tabs and some of the decking is showing. They were supposed to be at my home on Friday, but they did not show up until Sunday. They didn't put decking on until Monday. They stated they completed the job, I did pay them the agreed upon amount, even though they did not fix the issues. A year later they sent me a bill for an additional $1,000.00. I have not and will not pay this amount. They lied about coming back to fix the problems. They also stated that I paid the amount in full when I gave them the check. When they sent the bill for an additional $1,000.00, they stated I told them I would provide them a credit card for the remaining balance. I never told them this and would never give out my credit card like that.
