I can't say enough good things about University Small Animal Clinic and Dr. Jennifer Robinson. Two and a half years ago, my 12 year old cat was diagnosed with diabetes. With diet and prescriptions, she went into remission after a few months. She still did't seem 100% right, so they did blood work that indicated possible cancer. Dr. Robinson did exploratory surgery and found GI lymphoma. She researched the best treatment options started my cat on chemo in a chicken treat form. Maddie's best life expectancy was two years. Now, two and half years later, you wouldn't know she had cancer. My old girl purrs, demands to be fed and petted, and acts just like any other pampered kitty. Dr. Robinson and Dr. Shaw are both so good and so kind with both pets and pet parents. The same can be said for the techs. It's a very clean place, and prices are reasonable for the quality of service. I believe the founding vet, Dr. Lide is going to retire and sell to different management in January, and the name will change. Check the phone number and address for the best veterinary care around.

We've always used them. They do check ups every six months and shots for fleas and ticks. I've never had any problems with them.

We are always treated courteously and professionally by Dr. Lide and all of his staff. We are very appreciative of the care our Yorkie has received and we are most grateful that he is on the road to healing.

I like everything about them. We got both of our cats from them. I have been using them for years. Their work is good. They have separate services for dogs and cats.

I sent my one year old Miniature Pincher to have a Cesarean to remove her last puppy. The puppy had died inside her and became lodged inside the uterus. The vet rudely accepted her and held her all weekend promising a quick operation and nearly $600.However, Monday came along and D.V.M. Henry S. Lide overcharged another $200 and returned my dog starving and weak. The office claimed to have fed her and let her take care of her business. Looking at the list of unnecessary charges (dog collar, nail clipping, Prep time(?)), I notice they only fed $1's worth of food (for the entire weekend) and injected way too much medicines into her. She may have looked OK leaving the vet, but she barely had strength to walk or eat. Tuesday had many failed attempts to get her to eat and anything she did eat was vomited hours later.Wednesday started off a little better, she tried to go outside, but wasn't able to (I assumed because of the severe damage done to her back end) and she became extremely tired. Since this vet closes at 6pm on the dot there was no way to get a hold of the office after work. After hours of care and clean up from more vomiting, her frail little body finally gave out and I lost my beloved dog later Wednesday night.
