Called and complained they said they have no record of me telling them not to spray unless I called them. Sent bill at the current time they are trying to collect it. Checked other reviews not good

I'm happy so far. They've done what they said they were going to do. I would use them again in the future.

I was charged for an aeration of my yard but only the front lawn was done. I tried numerous times over a 3 week period to get the back yard done to no avail. I was finally contacted by someone out of Dallas after revealing my plans to contact BBB. I went home to find the front yard only had been aerated yet again! Needless to say the backyard was never done.  I would also receive phone calls stating they would be coming to do the actual lawn care and nobody would ever show up. I had to take them off of automatic payment because they were charging for doing the lawn but not actually doing anything. The local office never returned a single phone call. Most of the time I would only get to speak with a customer service representative even after requesting to speak to local management. They were supposed to have refunded me for half of the aeration charge ($77.00) since they never did my entire lawn as I was charged. I still have not seen that either. I had similar issues with this company 2 years ago and skipped a year of service do to the problems I had then. When they contacted me again this year I told them about these troubles and was hesitant to join up but was assured their management issues were resolved. I should have listened to my gut feelings. I would not recommend the hassle a person has to go through if you ever have an issue.

We started True Green August 2013(?). They have been out a handful of times and at first we liked them. They got rid of all those nasty goat head stickers that had overrun our lawn and made us think we had a green lawn *yea... green because of the stickers). They came out and did the pre-emergency, and the stuff for winter, etc. This year.... They are slacking in every area possible. They have never called us to inform when they will be out. We have dogs and I would prefer them not be exposed to those chemicals. When we have called to ask them to call us before they come out, they still don't. They never show up when they schedule it!! We have had several no shows and yet billed for it anyways. When we ask for a refund of that no show service they just tell us they will send someone out as soon as possible to do a "re-service". This year our lawn is not as lush and green as last year. When they do leave a service call invoice, they say they have inspected the yard and it is in good condition, no emergent needs... My back yard is watered on their recommendations yet it is still dead, plus it has been overrun with weeds that they "haven't" noticed?? Not worth the money. I will buy the fertilizers and weedkillers myself and do it all. I'll spend the $30/bag to cover my 2 lots front and back vs. the $69.99 they charge to put 2 signs in my yard. Very displeased.

Apparently I had a new account manager but was not notified. I told her what had occurred, she said the she would call back with my next appointment time. I never heard from her.

I used them for a couple of years. Their price is on the size of your yard. It was a fair service. They were not exceptional.

The price varies from $75-$150. Not very many people provide the same service they do as far as coming by regularly to fertilize and weed control the lawn. We will continue to use them.

My yard looks very, very good.  They know what they're doing.
