All was done right the first time and in just a couple of hours which included digging up sewers line to install clean out.

It was an emergency on a Sunday morning. I got a personal phone call back form the owner or manager. Instead of charging me for emergency services, he tell me what to do in the meantime until Monday morning so that I wouldn't have to pay the emergency fee. That was really nice of him. They did come. They called me before they left. They gave me an estimate on exactly when they would be here. They were here on time. They did a really quick and thorough job. They were also looking at ways to save me some money to make sure I wasn't charged for something that I really didn't need. It was a great experience. I would definitely use them again.

We called Stephens Plumbing initially to get an estimate for an issue we were having with our bathroom drain pipes. Someone came out within 2 hours the day we called and gave us an estimate and let us know when they would be able to work. Joe arrived before 9am on the scheduled day and finished in just 3 hours. The final cost of the work was well below what had been estimated. Joe worked very quickly and was professional. He also found another leak that we were not even aware of. He showed us everything he was going to do before he did it. We are extremely happy with Stephen's Plumbing and would highly recommend them to anyone we know.
