The product was applied. I was very impressed. You could tell a difference in the house immediatley, also standing on the roof. It brought the temp down several degrees. The problem is the outercoat is degraded and coming off within just a few years. I was told that the outer coating would have to be touched up but it would last 8-10 years. It was sprayed so thin that it is coming off at an alarming rate. I have tried to contact James several times (email and phone) only to be called back once. This is over a six month period. I believe the product to be good, just the application was done wrong on my house. I would be leary dealing with this company.
