The initial call to Rainbow took place on Thursday morning, 3-26, due to a gas leak. Rainbow was unable to get anyone to our home until Friday, 3-27. The Rainbow servicemen found and repaired several minor gas leaks on Friday, but were unable to find the main problem, although they suspected it was in a portion of the roof that couldn't be accessed without major work. It was decided that they would come back on Monday, 3-30, to reroute the gas line. They completed the work in enough time for the city to inspect the work and for us to have our gas service on by the end of the day.
I honestly have nothing to gauge the cost of the work against, so I'm not sure if my rating of the price is appropriate.
