Had a sewer clog we were unable to clear with a snake, so called Rainbow Plumbing to come out. "A" for Responsiveness and Punctuality because they answered the phone and then the plumber was at my door about 15 minutes later. I was initially very impressed with this. It was rainy that day, so he warned me he wouldn't be getting on my roof to clear the vent, and that there wasn't a lot he could do. He attempted to clear the drain with his motorized snake machine. Finally, he came to tell me the drain was clogged or completely collapsed and had to be rerouted. He cut his snake off, threw it in my yard, and left the piece sticking out of the drain... then he left. Two days later, another guy, Doug, came out to give me an estimate to reroute the drains. $3750! We later had it done for $1300 by another local company.
Two months later: There is still a snake sticking out of my drain. I would never use this company again.

We live in Andrews, TX. Our main water line had broke due to a tree root. So we had to shut off our water for a few days. We tried to contact A-Tech pluming, Rick's plumbing and Glenn's Plumbing in Andrews, TX but no one would call us back after we left a message on their phones. Later that day we did meet the A-Tech plumbing owner at North Side Stripes Convenience store and asked him if he could come see us. We told him where we lived and gave him our phone number. So we waited for his phone call but he never called. He could have at least called to tell us that he wouldn't be able to come over. We shouldn't have waited. A-Tech is very unprofessional.So we then called Rainbow Plumbing and they had a guy already here in Andrews. After a few hours he showed up and fixed our main water line. They are very professional.
