Permian Glass Company

The installer installed the window uneven and to fill the gaps he used an excessive amount of black caulking. He left glass shards on the backseat of my car and did not clean them up and covered the messed up areas around the window with blue tape so I did not see the damage right away. I called the company first thing this morning to request them fix the problem and they sent the same technician back out who told me that I was imagining things and he did a perfect job... so I called the company back and see owner told me that he was the best in the business so he always does a good job. After going round and round she called me back and told me to bring my car in at 1 p.m. today and they would look at the damage and see about replacing the window again so I brought my car back to their shop and they took it to the back to supposedly vacuum it and inspect the damage and then they brought my car back with the window removed. They told me they were not going to be able to get a window for several days and then they didn't know when they could get it installed so they left me with a hole in my car. So the insurance stopped payment and brought me a check so I can get my window fixed somewhere else later. in the meantime I have to drive around with the hole in my car. So I went on Facebook and wrote a review on Permian glass Facebook page and they responded saying that I was a horrible person and I was being unreasonable for asking them to fix my window and he even went so far as to say that I called his technician a racist name and said that I did not want him back. I did say I did not want him back but I never ever would have used a racist word. I am not looking for any money. All I wanted from the beginning was to get my window fixed that was broken through no fault of my own. Them posting lies and just outright lying to my face is extremely unprofessional. I am posting pictures of the mess they made of my window and the hole where they took it out.

Very professional and courteous on phone. At least $100. cheaper than safelite autoglass that works out of sears. Fixed rock chip without any problems.
