When I arrived home and raised the shop door and drove my truck into the shop. When I tried to close the door it would only go about 1/2 way and then stop and go back up. When I looked at the door I could see a loose cable. Since the shop is in the alley I could not leave it open over night so I called The Overhead Door company around 6:00PM and got the answering service. I was called back within 5 minutes and was told that a technician would be contacting me in the near future. Within 10 more minutes I was called by a technician who set up for him to come repair the door. He (Jeremy) arrived as agreed and go the door working within 30 minutes. He also lubricated the door and secured the rails that were quite loose. Jeremy was polite and did a thorough job.
