They got the drain in the tub replaced with no problem and I asked if they could re-route the condensation drain on my air conditioner to another place, which they also did. The work was fine and was finished well before 11 a.m. He went to his truck to write a ticket and as I paid him I noticed the clock said 11:05. He said the charge was for three hours but he would give me a break and charge me for 2 1/2 hours. So even though he was here working less than 2 hours, he charged me the 10 or 15 minutes it took him to write the ticket. So I actually paid for 1/2 hour after they finished. Beware...if he can manage to delay for 5 minutes past the hour, he will, in his words, "round up to the next hour." I have no complaint with the work, but I do not relish being cheated. Certainly will not recommend or call again.

Clint and Kevin were very friendly, courteous while still being professional.  They showed up on time and on the same day that I called, which was a huge plus.  They got to work and fixed both things in less than an hours time and the price for the parts they replaced was way less than what we would have paid had we gone and bought them ourselves.  I would definitely recommend them over some of the bigger companies in our area and definitely trust them enough to call them out again for other issues in our homes.

It was amazing. The guys were prompt and curteous. The price was fantastic compared to other bids.They listened to us when we said we have special needs as far as breathing concrete dust and they did everything possible to keep the air in the house clean and breathable. The holes that they made to get to the pipe will be easy to retile over, they popped out all broken tiles and left us with smooth new concrete.
The extras that we had done were a result of them suggesting upgrades and prices as we went, which we found incredibly awesome, as we wanted to upgrade the bathroom to a useable state but didn't know where to start or if we could afford it.
Also, and maybe most importantly, we began our project the day before a major ice storm. We knew the guys wouldn't be able to make it out the second day, but we were amazed that they did show up the third day! And then on Saturday to finish the job! We thought for sure with the weather being as nasty as it was that we would be without a shower for much longer, but they were great.
They were so clean and neat, tidied up after their work.
It was an awesome experience and we will never call another plumber ever again!!! We are incredibly happy with the work we had done.

The plumber was actually a little early.  He replaced a pipe under my kitchen sink, in about 15 minutes; the others I called said it could take up to two hours.   He was was fast, polite, and reasonable.

Clint Williams will be the only plumber we will ever call. He has a work ethic above and beyond what you would expect. He is prompt, professional and honest. He and his crew had their work cut put for them with this job. From day one Clint dove in with both feet and worked like crazy. This old home had a challenge and surprise or two that caught us all off guard. Nor Clint or his helpers ever once complained or avoided any challenge. He just dug in, faced the challenges and got it done. The daily progress was amazing and appreciated. He was so kind to explain the process and answer all the questions we had. Clint is professional and congenial....very pleasant to be around,as are his helpers. Honey Do has been a God send. I would not wish fire or the after affects on anyone. It is devastating. But a soon as we met Clint, a load of worry went away. We were immediately at ease. We just knew we could trust him. He's knowledgable, courteous and just a good man. If you need a plumber, chase down the guy in the pink van. You won't regret it. We were so lucky to get him.
