"From the onset, we explained to the customer that because they wanted to keep their existing tile backsplash that it would likely be difficult to get the new countertop to match up perfectly as typically walls are not perfectly straight. As expected, this was the case and there were a few small areas where the counter top did not match perfectly with the wall and these were caulked in. The caulk line was probably about 1/4" wide, not the one inch noted in this review. It is true that during installation two small fissures occurred in the slab and thus we replaced the damaged section. It is also true that we scuffed their walls during the remo"
