Four Seasons worked me in on what was a very busy day since my water pressure was very low. I thought it was an issue with my water pressure reducing valve because the pressure varied considerably, but lately has been mainly so low it was difficult to shower or water outdoor plants. So I was glad they could work me in on the same day that I called.
Damion was my service technician. He was courteous, professional, and competent. He advised me that there could be a clog in my whole-house water filtration system, especially since the city has been working on the sewer lines. He went above and beyond a quick diagnosis, experimenting until he found the correct answer. A new filter restored the water pressure to normal. If he had followed my inaccurate diagnosis, the repair would have cost me three times as much.
With my 15% discount due to my service agreement with Four Seasons, a service call with a new filter cost only $82. So "Thanks" to Four Seasons and "Bravo!" to Damion.

Showed up on time. Worked very efficiently. Talked us through the whole task. Tested complete repairs and cleaned up. Very good job and will use again on any plumbing needs.
