Job was a disaster.  Christopher Ray Garza, the Contractor was unorganized and uninformed.  Work that required inspection was covered up and had to be removed for inspection.  His electrical sub contractor did not know the code and failed inspection which caused delay because sheetrock had to be removed and additional wiring done that "was not required" per electrical sub contractor.  Framing was not inspected when required and had to remove sheetrock and siding for the inspection which then had to be redone.  Garza installed the doors which were unlevel and did not close.  Garza did not pay the subcontractors and left the job prior to completion of the job necessitating us to pay the subs.  Garza got unqualified personnel to work.  Windows were installed with a 1/2" gap left open to the elements.  Seams on soffits and patio ceiling were left open.  Brick was painted before soffits and facing and paint was dripped or splatter ed on painted brick.  Brick paint job was incomplete.  Garza left the job when only two thirds complete and we had to get other contractors to come in and redo touch up paint, redo crown molding, redo doors, finish cabinets, install flooring, install back-splash for counter-tops, finish installing exterior doors, install flooring, install trim and baseboards etc, etc. etc.
