This was hands down one of the WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE. I walked my sick dog in on a Friday and carried him out the following Monday where he DIED a week later. After being miss diagnosed by Dr. Wade and told that his way of treatment is NO FOOD even when he was eating fine before he came in I was forced to take my dog to a new place.
For those of you unfamiliar with pancreatitis it is a very painful situation and the "Old School" way of treatment is no food or water only IV until it heals itself. When I say old school I mean over 10 years old. New studies are proven that small amounts of food/calories are very important to help with the animals recovery and energy.
That being said Dr. Wade had my dog on IV only for four days with no food. Every day I am noticing my beloved dog get worse and lose critical muscle mass. I finally pulled the doctor to the side, after asking over 15 other vets whom all said my dog should be receiving food, and told him I wanted him to feed him. Dr. Wades response "If you feed that dog and kill him it isnt my fault", " I am going to make notes that YOU told me to do this because I could lose my licenses". My question is, what if he dies from no food? Is that still MY fault, not to mention the agony of starving to death!
Needles to say I took my dog somewhere else where come to find out he DIDN'T HAVE PANCREATITIS and ate food as soon as it was offered to him. Sadly my poor 12 year old Lab was so far gone after Dr. Wades "treatment" I was forced to put him down 7 days after leaving his clinic. He lost so much muscle he never stood again after leaving Dr. Wades care and there was no coming back.
The only positive thing I can say about this clinic is the girls that work in there are really great. They are extremely friendly and helpful. If your animal needs shots then you will be fine. If you have any kind of emergency or surgery RUN!!! Anywhere else will be better.

They are just really concerned about every animal that they see. I've taken my cats; I've taken the dogs and my daughter's cats and puppies. There are several vets there, I see Dr Williams. The whole staff is very animal oriented and they love all the animals. They are just really nice people to deal with your animals and they work with you on timing and appointments. The place is clean, it does not smell. They have reasonable prices.
