Ralph and his staff are as good as it gets. The service is in beatable. Why go to the big box for appliances when the appliance guru is right here in Odessa?

Shopping for large expensive items can be overwhelming. Our circumstance was stressful because this wasn't a planned remodel. Brenda was patient and so helpful. She is very informative. I think she really gets a sense about her customers. She gathers info with pleasant conversation and just has the instincts to put ya at ease. She is very knowledgable about all products. Ralph was kind enough to send all the spec sheets on all the appliances so our cabinet maker and contract would have all the sizes and measurements they needed. Our appliances are not yet installed, but if is already one less worry we have just leaving it all to the great folks at Direct Appliance.

Fixed the problem, cleaned up after repair, very professional, knew what he was doing, brought materials needed to repair my refrigator , they asked questions, model no. And we're able to narrow the problem down before they arrived so needed parts were on the truck.

I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of this company. I had stopped by their repair center at 1616 E 7th Street in Odessa, Texas to discuss a problem that my mother had been having with her refrigerator. After discussing the issue for a few minutes we determined that the problem was probably one of two scenarios. They advised me to go and get the model number of the refrigerator so they could make sure that they had the replacement parts on the truck. After giving them the information they called back to make an appointment. Unfortunately the only time slot they had open for the next day was about 40 minutes before my mother had to be to a doctor's appointment. After being assured that they would make all effort to arrive on time and complete the repair before we had to go to the doctor's appointment I agreed to the time. The repairman did as promised, arriving on time and making the repair in a timely manner so we could still make her appointment time. Everything is working fine again. I would recommend this company to others for their appliance repairs. I was very pleased that they wanted to make sure they had the parts on the truck so they could complete the repair without making a second trip.

Overall, I was very pleased with this company.
