I had been told this company was an honest, Christian based family business. When I contacted the office and asked for a price for installation of a water heater, I was told $200. I was not told of any additional costs, parts, hourly rate, etc. I was also told a helper would also be there to assist with lifting, moving, etc. However, when the plumber arrived, there was no helper, and it took 2-1/2 hours for him to complete the job. When I got my bill, it was $350. I was shocked, and would not have used this company if I had known this would be the result. The work was done satisfactory, but I felt like I was misled on the cost, and now I will have to pay the price. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
