Called at 8AM, fixed heating element before 10AM same day. Professional. Recommended a vent clean out and I’m glad I took the advice, vent was clogged pretty bad. This saved me another dryer component repair. 100% recommend these guys

Refrigerator is now working great. Washing machine is now working great. I was able to get appointments quickly, the repair man called to let me know when he would arrive, he was efficient at my home, and I felt the price was fair. Will definitely use them again.

I think they were here about a year ago.  It was very minimal, in fact they gave us really good advice on not replacing an oven and just disconnecting the self cleaning element. 

He thought my problem was with the breakers.  Sure enough, he flipped two breakers and it started working again.  I felt foolish, cause I had tried one of the breakers with no result.  But what was impressive, is that he didn't charge me for a service call.  I had used this company before for a washing machine issue, and was very impressed with his professionalism.  It's rare to find someone who doesn't try to cheat you in this day and age, and I would highly recommend CMS for any appliance issue.

Scheduled an appointment the same week I called, showed up on time (received phone call 30 min prior) and identified the issue within 10 minutes of arriving. Scheduled repair after the part came in within a couple days. Very professional.

Needed to call tech back for another visit, as water line was freezing up and water was still leaking into fridge. Was told to let fridge sit unplugged for a couple of days to make sure water line had thawed out. He re-checked line and drain. Time unplugged had given fridge time to let water line thaw out. All is working okay now. Since I had to call tech back, I was not charged full amount, which I appreciated. Tech informed me that is s an issue with Samsung refrigerators, so I will be aware of this issue in the future.

Bearings are going out.
Gave an estimate on repair.
Decided to purchase new one.

Every time they have came out they fit me into the schedule the same day!! Always has given me prompt service at a fair price!! Would recommend to all my friends Tim.

I called CMS to schedule an appointment thinking that it would be awhile before I could be scheduled. Carl was very helpful and said that he would call me in a week to come out. I honestly thought that he sounded pretty busy and that I might have to call him back to reschedule. I shouldn't have worried! He called promptly the morning he said he would be there, and arrived at exactly the time he said he would.
Later, he found that we needed a part that was not provided with the kit we purchased, and he made a special trip to Home Depot himself, instead of making us get the part ourselves.
We have recently dealt with some other service providers and been less than satisfied. Dealing with CMS was a very refreshing change. Courteous, professional and dependable... My parents have used them for years, and we will too. Do yourself a favor, call CMS for all your appliance repairs or installations.

He has a reasonable rate to come out and check what is wrong. Was able to come out by Monday I contacted him on Friday Afternoon unlike other places one week wait. Very professional and friendly service. I would recommend to friends and family
