+ -1 moreThe genteleman on the line told me they actually don't do house calls anymore. Was very nice and polite but also could not refer me to anyone. He did however offer parts. Even asked me what my problem was, told me what he thought it was and let me know what part I would need, but just couldn't do the work himself anymore. He sounded like an older man, knew his stuff, but just didn't do the work anymore.
Description of Work: I called about having my washing machine looked at because the water would run through ALL cycles causing overflow each wash.
