house cleaning
 + -1 moreNot good at all. Everything done was only partially done. Bathroom countertops were still very dirty. Part of the contertops were not even touched! Poor job at vacuuming! Coffee table was not even moved and vacuumed under. Mirrors were streaked and smeared. Tile floors were sticky and smeared. Very little dusting was done. Base boards still very dusty. Ceiling fans were not even touched. Several other small things not done. I called her when I got home from work and explained how disappointed I was with the job done. She was defensive at first, but then said she would re-do it if I would give her a chance. She was scheduled to come back in 2 weeks. She did show up in 2 weeks with her grandson in tow!. If my husband had not been off that day, she would have cleaned my house again with her grandson there after we had already discussed the grandson issue. When she realized my husband was there, she gave him the key and said that if I still wanted her to clean to call her. NOT!
Description of Work: She came to my house before cleaning so that I could go over everything I wanted her to clean and we also discussed price. She said it would be 80.00 for 4 hours. She asked if she could bring her grandson and I told her no. I was paying for her to clean and didn't think it was fair for her to babysit her grandson while she cleaned my house. She didn't seem to like this at all and hesistated and said she would only bring him if she couldn't find someone else to watch him. I again explained if she had him she would need to let me know so that she could reschedule to a time when she didn't have her grandson. I asked that normal housecleaning services be performed. Clean blinds and windows, dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, clean bathrooms, including vanity countertops, clean ceiling fans, dust base boards and other small routine cleaning jobs.

house cleaning
 + -1 moreshe washed my dishes, mopped the kitchen floor and wiped down the cabinets..
Description of Work: This was my first time ever using a housecleaning service, and it was bad. I had to redo everything again.. She used up all my supplies all my towels. My dishes were put in the cabinets still wet and greasy.. Just not what i expected... Not very good at all. And she brings her grandson with her which is weird.. She has a great attitude, she just doesnt have good cleaning skills..

 + -1 moreThe worst cleaning service we have ever had. Not only did she bring her bratty grandson with her but she didn't do half the work we asked her to do. The work she did do was below substandard.
Description of Work: General house cleaning in anticipation of nieces visit.
