BETTER HOUSECLEANING BY JULIE

Not good at all. Everything done was only partially done. Bathroom countertops were still very dirty. Part of the contertops were not even touched!  Poor job at vacuuming!  Coffee table was not even moved and vacuumed under. Mirrors were streaked and smeared. Tile floors were sticky and smeared. Very little dusting was done. Base boards still very dusty. Ceiling fans were not even touched.  Several other small things not done.
I called her when I got home from work and explained how disappointed I was with the job done. She was defensive at first, but then said she would re-do it if I would give her a chance. She was scheduled to come back in 2 weeks. She did show up in 2 weeks with her grandson in tow!.  If my husband had not been off that day, she would have cleaned my house again with her grandson there after we had already discussed the grandson issue.  When she realized my husband was there, she gave him the key and said that if I still wanted her to clean to call her.  NOT!

she washed my dishes, mopped the kitchen floor and wiped down the cabinets..

The worst cleaning service we have ever had.  Not only did she bring her bratty grandson with her but she didn't do half the work we asked her to do.  The work she did do was below substandard.
