Brian was early and very polite. He originally said he wont be able to treat the detached garage for the quote price. Midway through he called to let us know that he would be able to treat the garage, at no extra charge. He treated our 1598 sq ft house and 300 sq ft garage in about 6 hours. He cleaned up before he left. He was very professional.
