It was good he was excellent. He was very nice man. He did not have an opening for 4 more weeks to do the work but I was still satisfied with the work. They came on a Sunday and finished painting my laundry room.

Great. Finished job in a timely matter did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price.

R&R 16 feet of roofing facia of garage and 32 feet of 1" x 4" trim/drip guard. Caulked/sealed all installed items. Installed 6 aluminum corner guards to protect from weathering. R&R a 3 foot section of trim in back of house, caulked/sealed. This piece looked as though it was done hastily. I'll have to follow up with some patchwork. A thorough clean up was done and all waste materials were hauled away. When I arrived home that evening, all work was done and crew had left for the day. Downside - for the amount charged, I would have expected them to match the paint and finish the work. Instead, the wood was left bare and I primed/painted that weekend myself. No offer of a discount was given for lack of finishing the job as I had expected. I would definitely recommend negotiating, item by item, the price before agreeing to hire.

I was needing an estimate for some repairs to a house I was looking to purchase and the lender was requiring the estimate before financing could be approved (the house was never finished from initial construction). I contacted Arrow and confirmed an appointment 1-1/2 weeks in advance and called 2 days before to ensure, as I was traveling out of town to meet them (6hr drive). On the day of the inspection, the person who I assume is one of the owners and do not remember his name, never called to say he was running late. I had to call 30 minutes after he was supposed to show up and said he was "just a few minutes out". After an additional 30 minutes (1 hr late) he showed up. I had already explained, in great detail, the situation to him on the phone regarding the lender/offer and amount of work needed on the property. He got out of his truck and we began to go over a few things on the outside of the house, he then stopped me and said "This is not something I am interested in even giving you an estimate on. This is a large job and right now I can pick and choose my work that is guaranteed and this is not". He then got back in his truck without saying another word except that "You need to hold your dog back because he bit me when I arrived". I guess he is not smart enough to figure out that when you are looking at a house with your Realtor, the large outside dog is not yours. As a side note, the dog did not bother me or my Realtor the three times we where there. With this level of professionalism, I would never call these people to even change a light bulb if I needed someone too.

After I had called and explained the work I needed the lady said she would relay the message and someone would call me back. She did explain that they had a very heavy work load it might be a while before it could be done. She did call me back the next day and explained that because of their work load they would not be able to handle my job, but thanked me for calling them and asked me to keep them in mind for future jobs. The handling of the situation was very professional. I appreciate being told they are too busy to take on another job rather than taking a job and then keep putting it off.
