It was good he was excellent. He was very nice man. He did not have an opening for 4 more weeks to do the work but I was still satisfied with the work. They came on a Sunday and finished painting my laundry room.

Great. Finished job in a timely matter did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price.

R&R 16 feet of roofing facia of garage and 32 feet of 1" x 4" trim/drip guard. Caulked/sealed all installed items. Installed 6 aluminum corner guards to protect from weathering. R&R a 3 foot section of trim in back of house, caulked/sealed. This piece looked as though it was done hastily. I'll have to follow up with some patchwork.

A thorough clean up was done and all waste materials were hauled away. When I arrived home that evening, all work was done and crew had left for the day. Downside - for the amount charged, I would have expected them to match the paint and finish the work. Instead, the wood was left bare and I primed/painted that weekend myself. No offer of a discount was given for lack of finishing the job as I had expected. I would definitely recommend negotiating, item by item, the price before agreeing to hire.
