APPRAISAL MASTERS INC

Initially the guy was 45 minutes late. I was understanding. He finally showed up and performed the appraisal. He told me I would have the completed appraisal with 5-7 days. I told him that was acceptable as I needed by the next week. On day 8 I called him and he informed me that he wasn't finished with it due to the Easter holiday he was behind. He told me I would have it by the end of the week. The following Monday I called him again and left him a message asking when I could expect the appraisal. I told him I was unhappy. On day 15 I called him and he answered. I told him who I was and again asked when I could expect the appraisal. He flew off the handle and started yelling at me. He told me he couldn't work under pressure and to stop threatening him. I told him I wasn't threatening him but I also wasn't the one who promised the appraisal would be done in 5-7 days. He was very rude and acted very unprofessional. If he had called me and told me he was running behind I would have been understanding but he didn't even have the decency to do that. I will never use him again
