I've used them ever since I moved here in 1992. They're excellent. They're very thorough and knowledgeable. If you've got insect problems on plants or trees, they can identify those things for you. I call them as needed but I have them out here at least once a year to check things out.

They are very good, very thorough, know their business. Very knowledgeable not only about insects and stuff also can deal with you on if you got insect problem with plants and tress and things like that they can identified those kind of things for you.

jThe Inspector was instructed in the beginning to forward results to my real estate agent immediately. The inspection was done on monday. The only reason I knew this is because a home inspector was there at the same time. When I called him, he told me he didn't know where to send the report. This was three days later. Who goes and does a pre-sale pest inspection, not knowing where the report belongs? This man obviously didn't bother to do his paper work before and after the job. When I expressed the urgency of the report he suggested I find someone else to do the inspection. The report was finally sent on Friday. At that point I had no time left to further negotiate this real estate transaction with any leverage.

Brian with Alexander Pest Control was punctual, efficient, and very professional. I did not compare prices so am not sure how reasonable they are. However, I will use this company again.

Everything was great. The gentlemen who came to our house were very punctual and professional... It only took them about 15-20 minutes to do the whole house, so we were a little sceptical at first. However, within a few days, we stopped seeing the army of ants and spiders that we had when we first moved in. We live in the country, so there were immediate problems with pests. Alexander seemed to take care of the lion's share of those problems. Because we're adjacent to a HUGE empty field, we still see the odd critter or two... But we were very pleased with the service and effectiveness of the treatment. We also have a one year old, so we were concerned about fumes... we needn't have worried! It seems like they took this into account and there were no fumes at all within a few minutes of these guys coming out. We hired them originally because my parents have used them for years... I know we will too, now that we have used them also. They are a little pricier than the competition, but well worth it.

They arrived 10 minutes ahead of the appointment time and got right to
work. They were professional and courteous. The owner, Mr. Alexander,
was a sweet older man and super chatty. Both men were great and I would
use them again. They were a little pricier than other's but he
guarantees his work for 6 months... whereas other pest controls say
every 3 months.

They were on time, very friendly, very thorough, I thought the price was high but I have not had my home exterminated in quite some time so it may not be, don't really have anything to compare it to.
