Excellent job. On time delivered when done and very respectful.

The water line to one of the toilets burst while we were at work and flooded all of the carpet in our house. They got here within an hour and went right to work. He called workers back on duty to come help get the job done. They extracted the excess water and we had them remove all the carpet and padding. Then we had like 10 blowers and several dehumidifiers for several days to dry the walls. They checked the progress daily and removed blowers as needed to reduce costs. I guess we were under quoted but they stuck to their initial quote.

The technician, Joe, called before he came out, was here 15 minutes early to measure and give me an estimate, moved furniture, and worked on this carpet for two solid hours. My carpet hasn't looked this good or smelled this fresh since it was new!

They have cleaned my carpets, not only this time, but a couple of other times, too. The carpet is light colored so it's a little more difficult to get clean looking. They have to come back to hit one difficult place. The are scheduled for later in the week. They don't act snippy about having to come back. They do a better job than some big brand names I've had in the past. It's important that the cleaners don't leave and quot;residueand quot; on the carpets because over time, it turns dark and splotchy. I have not had this trouble with Advance.
The carpets do get real wet during cleaning so it's important to allow lots of drying time especially if you add Scotch-guard. I don't know any way to get around this. The cleaners seem like nice people. I've not been afraid about having them in my house. I have recommended them to friends.

Everything went well and the service technician was early in order to prep for the job at hand.

They are very professional, did a very good job and I will call them back. They are expensive but they organize really well, they pay attention to the clothes detail.

Bryan cleaned the carpet in our house. It looks so good!! It's amazing! The carpet almost looks brand new (which is nice considering it's over 10 years old)!!! He listened to my concerns (we have two dogs) and provided the best service for our needs.
Bryan was also on time, which I appreciated! This isn't the first time we've used Advance Cleaning and it certainly won't be the last!!! :)

They were great to work with overall! They cleaned everything, from top-to-bottom, and were incredibly thorough. The cost was outstanding for the great job they did! I was very pleased with them.

we called to get the carpet thruout the house cleaned and scotchguarded as we have pets and and wanted the carpet protected as good as possible, as thes was a new carpet, installed in March, the puppies has made several spots and we didn't want it to get worse. we also paid more so they would move the furniture. They came out, cleaned the crpet, did not move the furniture, also the scothguard we paid extra for as well, they just used a spray bottle and sprayed in spots, when I questioned this I was told that was how it was done which I was very upset about it. They didn't move any furniture, when I shampoo I move all the furniture. This is over and done with I will never use them again for carpet cleaning. The reason we used the was because we had used this same company for duct cleaning and they did a wonderful job on that.
