Best landscape design I’ve ever seen. Worth the price.

Work was really nice at first despite having to wait awhile to get on their schedule. Once work was complete we needed a few other items picked up and taken away but could not get in touch with top cut so I posted on my community page that we needed someone to help us finish up as top cut was not being responsive (someone had recommended them to us from our community page) and within about 30 minutes .. I received a not so friendly phone call from Cj. Our community page is only for residents so not sure how exactly he was shown my post. It was very strange. I was upset by his phone call but asked him if he had been responsive and he said no. I do not like getting upset phone calls from people I have hired to do work, especially being female and receiving phone angry calls like this, I find this highly inappropriate and unprofessional and told him so. Later on the beds were looking overgrown again and when we tried to ask him to take a look and see why some plants were not doing well and or not fitting any longer he ignored us. Would not hire or recommend. He was very expensive. I believe we paid around 3500 for two small beds flanking a walkway. Very disappointing and do not like how we were treated.

They worked with us closely on a landscape design to accomodate a wedding with a tight time constraint. They did an excellent job: Plant and tree selection and instillation Landscape design Rock and concrete work Planter borders Lighting instillation The staff is very friendly but they are slow in returning phone calls and following up on requests. I would still highly recommend them.

Please do not ask for evaluations on Top Cut Lawn.  We used the company in 2000 one time.

C.J. came as scheduled and provided an estimate.  He was able to get a crew there that very week.  They are a bit on the expensive side, but you get your moneys worth and then some (they even raked up all the acorns from under my live oak).  :)

I’ve been using them for over ten years.  Their professionalism and their follow up are very good.  They do high quality work.  I think they are fairly priced for the quality they deliver.  They are outstanding.  I would absolutely use their services again in the future.
