While I would use this company again, even though the work performed did seem pricey!!, the gentleman that came out and performed the work, while very polite & professional, he said twice that he would send me an estimate on another project I want done whit my sprinkler system. "He" mentioned TWICE he would send a quote for this work, and before he left "I" asked once again, "and you're going to send me a quote" for the specific work I needed and he stated twice he would send a quote. I never heard back from him. As I started with, I would use this company again, however, because I felt the work was a little pricey, and he indeed never sent me the quote he said he would twice, and I confirmed for a third time, I might consider shopping for another company. That said, I said "I might", I was pleased with this gentleman and the work he came out for. My pause about possibly considering another company, is merely based on, if a business or a business representative tell you they will indeed do something, it's imperative that they follow through. I am disappointed in I've still not heard back on the quote for this other project. Now, after disclosing this, "IF" I should hear back because of this information, I will expect a more fair price quote that "I" believe is reasonable. "IF" I don't hear back, this very well could be strike three, you're out!

The gentleman that came to my house was honest and did a thorough examination of my problem! He gave me a quote that I thought was very reasonable and did the job as asked! I cannot recommend this man any higher! If you have a problem, hire him to fix it!

It wasnâ t a big project but after some preliminary diagnosis he discussed possible problems and cost ranges. I felt like he wanted to ensure I understood my cost exposure beyond the initial service charge. The solution was one of the options that was the lower cost options. It was a positive experience.
