THE PLANTSHED

I I recently made a fairly large purchase (and had planned several more) of trees, shrubs and ornamentals from the Plant-Shed's, Southlake location. About a month later, one of the trees died. I took it back to the Plant-Shed for a replacement and was greeted with disdain! The young man who came out to see the tree, at first said it didn't look dead to him. I showed him the needles falling off like a dried-out Christmas tree. Then he accused me of not watering the tree. Of the six I purchased, only 1 was dead - I guess I selectively murdered this tree. Eventually, I got my replacement but was told that it was only a courtesy and if the tree I received died - I was out of luck. Was this kid just ignorant of manners & customer service? He did his best to push all of my buttons! I had a budget of $3000 to landscape a new pool. The Plant-shed will not receive another dime of my money!
