 + -1 morethey did have a special spot removal that got all my spots out of my light colored carpeting. this is my second time using Keith and his tecnicians. Todd came out and did a wonderful job cleaning everything. It was a smooth transaction and my carpets are nice and clean. It is just me and sometimes it takes a minute for me to schedule carpet cleaning but he reminded me and was able to come out the next day at 9 am. there new phone number is 817-262-7777 and I will use them again.

 + -1 moreHe arrived on time and was professional. He raked the carpet to help it stand up for drying and let me know to vacum once it was no longer moist. Was nice, but got to the point of getting the work done, letting me know the best way to let the carpets dry before he left. As he came early morning, I was gone most of the remainder of the day to allow time for the carpets to dry. So, do allow time for this.
Description of Work: Cleaned residential carpet. This was the second time I've used this service. Learned about him through my property manager. Had left the Dallas area for a couple of years, renting out my home. Relocacted back, moving back into my houes and the carpet was a mess! Dirt, dog hair and such... I honestly thought I'd have to replace the carpet as it wasn't the greatest grade to begin with. Scrubz (PO Box in Arlington 817-262-7777) managed to help breath new life into the carpet, helping it to last a bit longer as I continue to contemplate replacing with wood floors.
