We called on July 4th when our air stopped working. Mr. Roberts took the phone call and helped trouble shoot over the phone. Everything seemed to be in working order until the next day. He came out and diagnosed the problem very quickly and did what he could to make us comfortable until the parts could come in. He has been very professional and we have never got the feeling that he was trying to take advantage. Other companies we have dealt with have done what they can to sell as many products as possible. Mr. Roberts takes a very conservative, no nonsense, practical approach with the customer's cost in mind. I will use this company everytime we have a problem!

THE SERVICE TECH CAME OUT AND DID THE JOB WITHIN FOUR HOURS FROM THE TIME I CALLED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE EXPLAINED THE CHARGES ON THE BILL FOR ME AND DIDN'T TRY TO CHARGE ME FOR MORE THAN WHAT WAS NECESSARY.

ROBERTS HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING GIVES THEIR INDUSTRY A GOOD NAME! WE HAD ALWAYS DREADED GETTING OUR A/C & HEATING UNITS SERVICED AND WORRIED ABOUT THE TRUTHFULNESS OF THE TECHNICIAN. MR ROBERTS AND HIS TECHNICIANS ARE COMPLETELY RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. AND, EVEN BETTER, HE ALWAYS DOES THE JOB QUICKLY AND ECONOMICALLY. WE HAVE BEEN QUITE PLEASED WITH THE TOTAL COST EACH TIME WE HAVE USED HIS COMPANY, WHETHER FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OR FOR A REPAIR. A QUALITY COMPANY!
