1)   Contacted Robles, Jr. about a leak on 04/20/2014 via email (at same location that caused me to contact him for repairs originally (no response)
2)   Called Robles, Jr. and left voice message on or about 04/28/2014
3)  Message returned by Robles, Jr. on 04/29/2014
4)   Texted Robles, Jr. to confirm and received acknowledgement on 04/29/2014 that Robles, Jr. would inspect repair

5)   Texted Robles, Jr. on 05/20/2014 to ask if he had been able to inspect roof (no response)
6)  Called Robles, Jr. and left voice message on or about 05/27/2014 (no response)
7)   Called Robles, Jr. and left voice message on or about 06/03/2014 (no response)
8)   Texted Robles, Jr. on 06/05/2014 at 12:08p (no response)
9)   Texted Robles, Jr. on 06/05/2014 at 2:29p saying I?d be forced to pursue a more expensive resolution unless he replied (no response)
10)Texted Robles, Jr. on 06/05/2014 at 2:31p saying inspection at his convenience had expired (no response)
11)Texted Robles, Jr. on 06/05/2014 at 4:19p saying resolutions on Monday (June 16, 2014) would include small claims court and complaints to Better Business Bureau, Angie?s List, Google+, etc. (no response)

 
·    Called Robles, Jr. phone to verify it was still in service on 06/14/2014; he answered. 
·     It?s therefore evident he has no intention of responding, inspecting, repairing his workmanship, or honoring his warranty.
·     Lawsuit filed; BBB Complaint initiated on 06-16-2014.
