It was a temporary repair. They did a good job.

We did not have any extra carpet. The damage was too much for stretching to work. They took a strip of carpet from the back of a storage closet. They worked on the patch a little to simulate wear so the area was not noticeable. Was completed quickly.

They are excellent. The last time we had them there was leftover sticky stuff on the carpet from tape. I didn't ask them to work on it but they did and got it all out. They go above and beyond.Our carpets always look great. They are quick to respond and professional.

The rep arrived about an hour past the time agreed upon. He took his time, however, and was quite thorough. He even removed some ink stains that I thought would be impossible. The price for cleaning the two small chairs was $60, which I thought was a bit excessive, given the small amount of fabric area to clean. I was sufficiently satisfied, however, that I didn't question the overall charge.

This is the fourth time I have used Quick Carpet Care on a rental house. I found him, on another rental house, when another carpet cleaning guy told me just to replace the carpet. In that case, Manuel made it spotless. In this home, Manuel did the same. I cannot describe how truly bad this carpet was. It now looks like it was hardly used. The best part is his repair services. Most carpet cleaners can only clean. Manuel can actually cut out a piece of the carpet and replace it (assuming you have a matching piece which I did.) Somehow, he does it so you can't even see the lines of the patch. I have no idea how. His prices are ridiculously reasonable and far less than others would charge if they could do the same work. A normal carpet cleaning is less than $100 I believe, although I seem to get tenants who do alot more damage than the normal carpet cleaning can cover. Still the prices are great. Finally, what I really like about Manuel at Quick Carpet Care is he is also a handyman, so he fixes any problems my houses have. I live 2000 miles away from my rental houses, and because of his handyman services, I never worry anymore. He goes into the house, takes care of it, and sends me a bill. No muss. No fuss. I highly recommend Manuel and Quick Carpet Care.
