Alan and his co-worker helped us pick out a beautiful tile that we love (it looks like wood) and helped us through the entire process of what to expect when tiling a house. We decided to do our entire house with this tile and Alan worked diligently to secure more tile for us. He gave us the sale price even after months had past since we ordered the original amount. They were courteous, patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable.
