"This review is simply not true. We serviced close to 25 home owners at this property and not a single formal complaint was made to our company. We did have some timing issues due to high winds, rain and other weather that we tried to keep everyone in the loop on. Mostly we had to deal with a property that had windows that not been cleaned on any regular basis covered in oxidation and paint that the homeowners were unwilling to follow the guidelines put forth by the management and pay for it's removal...not just a simple wash on most units. If anyone was unhappy we returned and made it right...that happened only once. We are currently servicing homeowners from this property with bookings and referrals coming in as of this January 2015."
