They are called Perma-Pier Foundation. They are a really popular company though. Things went very well with that, got it done within 2 days. It was pretty awesome. The work performed was quick, professional and done right.

We had confidence in the engineer that came out to our house. He gave us a good review and good details about the soil conditions. This helped us make a decision if we should go with steel or concrete piers. Installation went well and we were happy with the results.

Four years after they fixed the foundation we call because the foundation had moved 5 inches - which another foundation compnay had told us. Albert Cazares came out in December and said they would not do anything. He had a bad attitude and said it was fine. Nothing had moved. Again, we continued having problems. In March, we had them come back out and Albert Cazares came to the house again. He was extremely rude. He kept rolling his eyes at me. When I kindly asked him to please stop rolling his eyes at me he told me I was a confrontational person - which I'm not sure how he would know after 5 minutes of speaking with me. I understand it is warranty work and they are not receiving any income from it but they do not stand by their work. Period. I would NEVER use this company again. extremely unprofessional and shady. And if you have to have warranty work they have a whole different department - I guess with the rude guys.
Save yourself headache and money - go with another company

We bought a house that had the warranty on the foundation from Perma Pier.  The work had been done some years ago but the warranty continued.  As new owners we wanted to check to see what movement there had been.  We called and within a week, PermaPier sent out an engineer to survey our property.  He found that one area had moved and we figured out what it might have been ( a leaky sprinkler head) but also said to be sure he wanted to pressure test the drain and water lines.  He made a call and the net day Construct Plumbing ( a sister company of Perma Pier) came out to check.  The drain was good, but the pressure test showed a leak in the water line. A plumber came out Monday to look for the leak.  Tim was prompt and courteous and knew his way around leaks.  It took him about an hour to track down the source of the leak and he assured me that it was NOT in the slab.  Oce he had found the leak, I had him fix it and he did.  I can't speak to the original work, but I can say Perma Pier does honor its warranty and gave us piece of mind.

This company was recommended by a friend.  We got a quote from a salesman which met our budget and was in line with what other companies had quoted.  Communication, both verbal and written was extremely poor.  Work was incomplete.  Warranty department will not return calls.  We brought in an independent structural engineer who confirmed that our house still has major unresolved structural issues.  We have hired a lawyer.

Very punctual and responsive.  The guy who came out to do the quote was very informative and in the end I felt more comfortable with him than the other 7 quotes.  They hit solid strata much more shallow than expected in some spots and the foreman made sure that I understood what was going on and why they weren't deeper.
The actual work done is fine. I think that I am going to have to call them back out a few months after the job as we have a couple of lingering holes where the dug that are hopefully just due to the soil re-settling. I also now have a door that swings shut on it's own, but I do not foresee any problems dealing with the company futher.
