They are very punctual and call before they come out to see if we need any interior work done. One of the office staff is very short on the phone and that is our only complaint. Other than that, we have been pleased with their service. The gentleman that comes for the work is very nice.

I like the young man who has been coming from last four years. He is very responsive and is knowledgeable. I don’t have any problems. He takes care of things. He knows what he is doing. I wouldn’t keep him I didn’t like him. His price is in limits of what the other companies charge. His responsiveness is excellent. He always gives me a notice that he is coming on a certain day and he shows up that day. I would recommend them. I would use them in the future.

AFTER ATTEMPTING TO RESCHEDULE SPRAYING, AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE OFFICE MANAGER, WE REQUESTED A REFUND OF THE $600 ON OUR ANNUAL CONTRACT, AND THE $87 WE WERE CHARGED FOR THE AUG. 05 TREATMENT THAT WAS NEVER COMPLETED. AS OF OCT. 19, WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM ORKIN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR ORKIN OFFICE (NORTH RICHLAND HILLS), OR ITS TECHNICIANS TO ANYONE. AFTER SUCH A POSITIVE FIRST EXPERIENCE DURING THE INITIAL INSPECTION, AND FIRST SPRAYING, I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. MY NEXT STEP WILL BE A REPORT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

SCHEDULING THE VISIT WAS EASY, AND AVAILABILITY WAS GOOD. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME, AND WAS VERY CONSIDERATE OF OUR 3 DOGS, ALLOWING US TIME TO MOVE THEM FROM INSIDE TO OUTSIDE, AND BACK AS HE WORKED. IT HAD RAINED EARLIER AND HE TOOK OFF HIS BOOTS AT THE FRONT DOOR, WHEN HE CAME INSIDE TO SPRAY. THE TECHNICIAN DOESN'T ACCEPT PAYMENTS, AND THE ONLY PAYMENT OPTION OFFERED WAS GIVING ORKIN A CREDIT CARD NUMBER WHEN I SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO PAY BY CHECK, AFTER THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED. ALSO, ORKIN PEST CONTROL AND TERMITE EXTERMINATING ARE SEPARATE SERVICES, SO WE HAD TO SCHEDULE THE TERMITE SERVICE, AT ANOTHER TIME, WITH A DIFFERENT TECHNICIAN.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT CALLING TO LET YOU KNOW THEY ARE COMING. THEY ARE VERY COOPERATIVE ABOUT TREATING AROUND OUR SPA AND ABOUT LEAVING EXTRA BAIT FOR ATTIC "VISITORS".
