He said he would replace some bad boards in other parts of the fence but never did it or never returned call. Also,his previous partner had put in a metal gate and it had come loose from poles. He said he would fix this but never did.

I needed to have the gate to my backyard replaced and a friend recommended Roy. He was very responsive to my phone calls. He reset the metal posts and replaced the gate and also fixed another section of my fence that was pulling loose. He arrived on time and finished the repair in a timely manner. The B scores are because the quality of the wood on the new gate is not as high as I would like but we did not discuss this ahead of time. This is the first time that I have had to arrange for fence repair so I didn't know to ask about the different types of wood.
